What advice do you have for learning to move correctly with only bodyweight training, not lifting weights? I don't have access to a gym right now, but when I do have access later this year, I'd like for my body to be (closer to) properly aligned so I can start lifting weights again without reinforcing bad posture, etc. (edit: I'm trying to ask the same question as the sister comment by PeterP) |
