What's extra ironic is that Sendgrid employees were gloating on HN and posting inaccurate information about competitors when the Mandrill TOS change was announced. I think they really need an enforced social media policy. Overall, I think Sendgrid does a fine job and it's unlikely this mistake will be repeated. These gaffes don't represent the majority of the company. |
