My recommendations:

1. Because it is a solicitation, posting the employment advertisement to the monthly "Who is Hiring" thread next month.

2. Because the general idea seems intellectually interesting, writing up a blog post about your experience/thoughts etc. that led to creating the apprenticeship [not a job advert] and submitting that link as a regular post.
