I'm willing to exclude the new trains entirely from the criticism, except for funds which go towards new features other than more space. 1 or 2 million per car @ about 1000 cars is "only" 1 or 2 billion out of the 27 billion though. Most of this money is going towards making the system shinier and prettier, instead of actually improving commute times for anyone |
