You are expected to work 11 hours a day for 6 days a week, and then some more on Sunday? A 100+ employee company shouldn't be setting that expectation. No company should be asking that, regardless of size.

Perhaps I wasn't clear. The 10am-9pm is only on weekdays. Saturdays are off.
