Ask HN: How can I contribute to a growing startup as an employee?

Have been working for 6+ years in supply chain management and finance related roles with C-level exposure for a Fortune 50 company. 30 years old. I am not fully code illiterate and still good at learning new stuff yet I do not think it makes sense to get into developer path from scratch (coding from scratch reluctance is not about my age, I just hope to find other ways beyond coding to contribute). Which type of roles would you recommend?

I am not looking for a specific company and/or tech co-founder, but roles and learning suggestions to further my perspective.
