Even if has no problem with copyright I fail to see how naming something like this the same name as a very popular product can do anything except make it harder to find. Nobody's ever going to find this thing in Google unless they go through pages of results about Amazon's product.
So what if he was his uncle? People are named after their uncles. Alexander II ruled well before the birth of Alexander III (during the boyhood of his father in fact) and would have been a perfectly logical namesake.
