At this point in time I'm not worried about outsourcing, since I probably wouldn't want to do most of the jobs being outsourced anyway. I have no desire to write accounting software, etc for Fortune 500 companies for the rest of my life.

I'd much rather work on interesting and creative projects. I don't think outsourcing lends itself well to these types of problems, though that may change in the future.
