the only app that has a worse UX than vine is... wait for it... periscope!

Half the time periscope videos won't even load for me over the web. No matter how long I wait.

Twitter Co.'s infrastructure seems to have only ever gotten marginally better since the fail whale days!

My only experience with Periscope was clicking a link at the top of my twitter feed and seeing "This broadcast has already ended".
