That's different. Sometimes you have to defend yourself and then it's justified to go to war. Going to war without being threatened is a crime (like it was done numerous times by the US governement and is done now in Syria. Only because there is no judge makes it no less a crime.). But you don't have to defend yourself from this company. You aren't in danger. As a result punishing the workers would be nothing but a crime. |
