It also seems like there's no push from the buy side, in CA we're all sheep. likely b/c there is no community so the rent-taking can wratchet up all day long. I think if people en masse began to reject extortion rent we could have a situation. This never seems to happen but it would be a spectacle: thousands of 160k/yr workers decide to camp in tents until rents subside, all camped out in the streets in a section of Sf. |
