though some media reports may say otherwise, australia hasn't had a significant decrease in property values in the last 5 years. there are some isolated cases of properties/suburbs falling significantly in price, but absolutely nothing like what has happened in the united states. in particular, inner city areas have continued to experience growth year on year. |
