I wouldn't be surprised if there were some sort of legal action eventually, but I also wouldn't be surprised if there weren't -- as mentioned, it's unlikely he left any hard evidence of wrongdoing. Though of course a lot of people who thought they were alone in their abuse are now learning that this was systemic, so they may be able to piece something together.
