There is no separate "common law court" in the UK. All UK courts, including the Crown Court, have the same requirement to use common law when it is applicable, and to use codified laws when they are applicable. If this Karl Lentz is claiming there's a separate common law court, he is totally ignorant of the UK legal system. |
