You are young and well ahead of the game. The only good reason I can see for buying this apartment are
1. It can be easily sold when you need cash
2. It can be sold for substantially more than you paid for it.
otherwise, you will lose money and its not a good deal.
I have definite ideas for how I would grow a nest egg but they are peculiar to me and my situation. You need to find your own way.
