100% agreed. Most of the time the hiring is about replacement, or expansion. And in expansion I mean "the current team is not enough to handle all the cr*p so we have to bring in people, preferably with the same skill set as the others, so we don't have to bother with getting them up to speed" not the "we need more people because we just started something new and we need fresh blood in the system". |
