You'd need to also disallow pro-se litigants paying themselves a fair wage out of legal costs, in order to defeat this clause of my evil scheme: "Apple would be paying me a salary equal to whatever their legal team makes for the duration of the trial". Which is maybe not an unreasonable solution, but it strikes me as fraught with unintended consequences. |
