Sadly, the problem is too widespread to blow off. I already have women asking me for the clause because the fear is real and so is the damage. We are not talking about a workplace romance, this is a very specific relationship, between founder and investor and it shouldn't be so hard for investors to know and clearly get the message that it is inappropriate. |
