No, it's more that radio broadcasts are the only things that they think they can practically control via their "authorizing". If they thought they could effectively make money shaking down backyard barbecues, they would be "simply protecting themselves" from "unauthorized" backyard barbecues as well... It's a "simple" protection racket... |
