I really wish that Google had bought Sun instead of Oracle. I worked at Sun up until 2007 and the feeling at Sun was very supportive of what Google was doing. Oracle bought Sun's assets and they have every right to what they are doing. But a failed business effort to make additional fees is not, in my opinion, a risk to "free" software. |
