This is one of those things thats just so common sense, its hard to imagine a solid argument against it. Hopefully it will encourage the US to follow, although I'm sure publishers will dig their feet in and make up some bullsh*t reason why it would be a bad move. |

It really is, the public paid for the research, it rightfully belongs to the public.
