Well yeah, the same way that at some schools you might be in the top 10% of your class with a 3.95 GPA and only in the top 25% with a 3.85. They can calculate where you stand on the score, but when the question of whether you're in the "top bucket" comes down to whether one or two people out of the 6-7 who are rating you give you either an 8 or a 9 on a 9-scale, that's a pretty fucked up rankings system. |
