The theme of the video is how this technology is going to further alienate people rather than facilitate communication. You can already see a contemporary version where people everywhere, faces buried in their devices obsessively txting and no doubt looking up their 'friends' on Facebook. Yeah, and the response to that is "people were always doing that". As if some billions of us weren't around in the 70's, 80's, 90's, and even 00's to see what the real case was, and will be convinced by such bs.
