You are mistaken. Immigration from the EU cannot be regulated as the EU guarantees the right to free movement for all citizen. Therefore anyone in 28 member states can immigrate, and the UK government may not impede that. You appear to be confusing border control and EU immigration. We control the former and not the latter. |
