People could still cook at home or go to restaurants, so I think McDonalds with no competition wouldn't. Why would they risk losing their monopoly if they had one in fast food. Uber doesn't care what it drivers earn, why would it hurt sales by giving them more money? Uber has broken a monopoly, yet people are prattling on that they might create one? Has a company ever done this, one real world example? Why get a monopoly by out pricing the competition then raise prices to allow someone to do it back to you? |
