Could voting be "improved" if instead of higher turnout with the same outcome the focus was on informing voters on the issues better? In other words, rather than let's say getting 100 yeas to 80 nays versus 1000 yeas vs 800 nays, on an issue, might it not be better to get 95 nays vs 85 yays on a material issue? |
