He was handcuffed publicly, had a taser pointed at him, and suffered a decent amount of emotional duress without even knowing why they did it to him, or what his crime was. The "innocent until proven guilty" bit might not be 100% accurate, but this is still incredibly irresponsible on the part of the police. |
