Why are most technology things gooblygook to normal people? Management is a domain with domain-specific terminology and jargon. It's not terrible, just not user friendly. 5 whys is at its core really approachable. You may need to find the guy with domain-specific expertise to answer the 5th why, but still understand how you got there. |
