Well, first thing is making sure your relationship is mutually beneficial. If you're paying money to woofoo there is no reason for them to pull the plug, not any more than your hosting company pulling the plug on you, or even your cell phone company. There are many things in live we don't own, and it's usually not a disaster.

The other thing of course if they pull a plug on you, you quickly replace it with another similar copy-paste javascript thingie. You do need to worry about backups and data portability ahead of time though.
