It's not so much time as it is getting all the important questions answered. If we're meeting face-to-face, there has already been an investment in each other so there's no point cutting it short. But in practice, it rarely lasts more than 10-15 min. Another way to look at it, is I want to project reasonable expectations in their mind. Mismatched expectations is the root of many issues down the road... |
