When I see companies demanding people's lives, I now see a message. The message is from the executives, board members, and investors. The message is the reality behind 'corporate culture', 80 hour weeks, and other destructive, unsustainable practices. The message is: "WE ARE NOT GETTING RICH FAST ENOUGH!" |
