It sounds to me like you're building a brand in an existing competitive market where your competitors already have strong brands and strong channel to market. You're going to find it difficult to get shelf space. Also: there's nothing to stop your competitors from stealing your recipe if you show any success at all. I think consumers will be turned off by the subscription model... you're better off selling it by the bottle on amazon. Do you have data showing that customers want something different than what is on the shelf right now? Do you have a formulation worked out already? |
