>or downloading an old browser that is still usable in 32bit Are you implying newer browsers don't work with 32bit? Chrome and FireFox run as 32-bit and all IE versions still use a 32-bit renderer. These things are true on 64-bit and 32-bit machines, at least on Windows. |
