I got it to work on windows using the Anaconda Python 2.7 installation; keep in mind that the caravel commands in the docs have to be run from your install dir; e.g. change dir to <yourPythonInstallDir>\Lib\site-packages\caravel\bin then run as python caravel db upgrade |
