To be fair, the title is serious exaggeration. Tom Adams has a large task list of implementation ideas, and they're 42% complete. He then says that these represent the "narratively interesting" parts of existence. If I made a game that had a day and night, sleep and awake, food, drink, sex and death, I could claim that it simulates 100% of the interesting parts of existence. To cast that as actually simulating existence would be silly, though. |
