If your tablet is ARM and running Windows RT then you probably need a Windows exploit to be able to run your own code. http://www.wpinternals.net/ If your tablet is a PC (Intel/AMD/x86 etc) then turning off UEFI Secure Boot and booting from USB should let you run your own code. Once you can run your own code you should be able to install Python/jupyter. |
