I'm using a MacBook Pro from late 2011. Most of the actual machine specs (i.e. processor and max RAM) have barely changed in 5 years. I put 16 Gb in my laptop 5 years ago and it's still the most you can squeeze into a 13" MacBook Pro. It's sad (and somewhat telling) that Apple has not packed more power into this form factor over the past 5 years. |
