Most peoples anti-hayfever drugs will be 'second generation' antihistamines, like loratadine and cetirizine, which are not problematic. More worrying to me is the fact that OTC antiemetic (motion sickness) drugs like Gravol/Dramamine/Vomex/Dramina are made of dimenhydrinate, which is 50% diphenhydramine, which in turn is what the mentioned 'first generation' antihistamines are made of. |
