Finding a good developer/designer is always a hard task, and if someone reads Hacker News it is definitely a plus, but 1. I think it will be hard to find developer in the region you need. For this you better really visit your local group meeting(like JimBastard advised) or some educational institution to find some graduating students. 2.Someone reading Hacker News won't be a good developer/designer every time. |
