Not enough info here to really render an opinion. Since Amazon won't discuss it, you're hearing only one side of the issue. What if those 37 returns were mostly in a row? Or mixed in with questionable chargebacks? Or ? There is one thing Amazon says that seems like a clue here "In a tiny fraction of cases we are forced to close accounts where we identify extreme account abuse." |
