I can see why it's better for you if the US government doesn't tax you, but why is it better for the US? It is a nice place, and I hope you're able to become a citizen at some point if you desire to, but until then the priorities of the US are with its own people. "Taxation without representation" doesn't apply here, because you aren't forced to live or work here. You do have representation in your own government, which is exactly what the founders of the US fought for. They did not fight for the right to go work in other places, like the UK, untaxed. |
