Fair enough. It was free at one point. I signed up for it then and am apparently grandfathered in under that plan. Guess they are in a monetize mode now and shifted.

If your product is good, you don't need to have a free plan. If you're the sort of business that needs a job board, $149/mo is peanuts for the value you get.
