What really hit me was the graph about valuing salary[1] On one hand it looks like there is a drastic difference: Developers in Finland and Sweden don't care about their salary! But looking at the Y axis reveals that the difference from the mean is about 15 percentfigures. On the other hand, even that is quite a lot. It also allows us to make sweeping statements like Finland's coders are undervalued (?) or that over half of the Developers in Finland or Sweden did not value Salary. cool cool!
