There even is a web app based on it http://dontbreakthechain.com/ which I try to improve right now with https://markmyday.net The latter doesn't require an account, lets you log some additional data and is of course absolute beta.
I really didn't plan to publish it yet, but I haven't done anything else to reach my goal today. |
