Edit: for what it's worth, FreeDOS boots there. No way to put in keyboard input though.

Install Hacker Keyboard from fdroid (or the Play Store...). There's an option for a persistent notification that you can click, which will enable the keyboard wherever.

Booted and works fine on my Nexus 9 running Chrome and Android Marshmallow (CyanogenMod 13).
