Snapdocs is modernizing the way people buy their homes.

We’re looking for a smart, motivated individual to be an in-house advocate for our users. This requires a keen attention to detail. You must be independent but also comfortable asking for help when you need it. This is a great opportunity to get into an early stage startup and play a formative role in our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

We have around 60,000 contractors using our site and they are an essential part of our product’s value. Your first responsibilities will be to work with our automated system to verify their credentials.

From there we see this role turning into our community specialist - advocate for product changes, answer technical support questions and own our relationship with our community.

Qualifications:

Experience in breaking a large task into a manageable number of smaller tasks.

Empathetic - ability to relate to our users An ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.

Willing to do a wide spectrum of tasks if needed - we’re a small company and we all wear many (many!) hats.

Experience in community management is a plus but not necessary.
