There's a lot of demand for programmers. In the marketplace, there are tool makers, and tool users. Some people make and use tools, of course, but for the most part workers will fall primarily into either camp. Naturally, tool makers are more expensive. It's possible the OP is paying a tool user rate and wants a tool maker. Due to the high demand for tool makers they are expensive. |
