Bostrom's paper is based on Hans Moravec's thinking and Moravec's paper is pretty well argued http://www.transhumanist.com/volume1/moravec.htm Bostrom as a philosopher may be fuzzy on processing power but Moravec who was actually building robots has a pretty good grasp. |
