Sure -- though ST3 has been rock solid for me (on OS X -- mainly using JS, PHP, Python and Go related plugins) for 2 years or so.
Although, keep in mind (in my experience at least), Sublime Text 3 is way faster than Sublime Text 2.
ST3 took me a bit to get set up, I stuck with 2 for a long time, but I would say the upgrade was worth it. Faster, more stable. Big fan.
