Yeah. I've been standing about 8 hours every day for over a year now, taking short breaks on a "saddle seat". I dread sitting in an office chair now. I also do weighted squats regularly which probably helps. It takes a long time to adjust, but it was worth it. I've been meaning to try out a balance board for some extra variation too - something like FluidStance or Wurf Board. |
